4 cups chopped cucumber
2 cups chopped onions
1 Red Pepper chopped
1 Green Pepper chopped
2 cups Apple cider Vinegar
4 Tbsp. Picking Salt
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
3 1/2 cups sugar

Wash and chop cucumbers, Onions and peppers.
Sprinkle salt over vegetables Soak 2 Hours. Rinse and drain.
Combine sugar vinegar and seeds.
Bring to boil then Simmer 3 min. Add vegtables and Simmer 10 more minutes.
Also sprinkle Turmeric on vegetables if desired
Fill sterilized Jars Process 10 min.
