8 Cucumbers chopped
2 onions chopped
1 Red pepper chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1/2 cup pickling Salt

2 cups Vinegar
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. Mustard Seed
3 1/2 cups sugar

Optional: add 1/2 tsp dill seed and 1/4 tsp Turmeric

Combine cucuumbers, onions, peppers in Large bowl. Add Salt and enogh cold Water to cover. Soak 2 hours. Drain in colender. Rinse once and drain again. Put Vinager, celery salt mustard see and sugar in pan bring to boil Boil 2-3 minutes. Add vegtables Simer 10 minutes. Sterlize jars and fill leave 1/4" head room form top. Remove IAr bubbles. Process in a Water bath for 10 MIn. Cool
