3 cups flour
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp. baking soda
3 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup vegatble oil
2 cups grated Zuchinni
1 cup chopped Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 2 loaf pans 8 x 4. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Sift flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon
In separate bowl mix oil, eggs, vanilla and sugar beat together.

Add sifted ingredients gradually to oil egg mixture. Beat well. Stir in zucchini and nuts. Bake 40-60 min. Remove bread form pan cool and Enjoy

I also add a banan for xtra flavor but you dont have to. If you add two bananas use a little less Zuchinni
