1 lb (16oz.) crabmeat
1/2 c. chopped mushrooms or a 4 oz. can drained
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1 tbsp.. chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. dry sherry
3 tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
Grated cheese for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Remove cartilage from crabmeat. IN large fry pan, saute mushrooms in margarine or butter 5 min. Add onion and cook until tender. Add crabmeat, Worcestershire sauce and sherry.
Make a paste of flour and milk. Add to crabmeat mixture and cook slowly until sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper. Put mixture into individual shells or ramekins, (or 1 qt. casserole). Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350ºF until cheese melts and mixture is bubbly, about 5 min
