1/2 lb. (8oz.) crabmeat
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 c. all purpose biscuit mix
1 whole lemon juice
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon and pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
6 drops Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Remove all cartilage from crabmeat. In a bowl, beat egg; add milk; stir in bixcuit mix. Add seasonings, crabmeat and mix gently.
In heavy skillet, heat 2 or 3 inches fat or oil to 375. Drop batter into hot oil by 1/2 tsp. and fry until golden brown. Makes about 24 fritters
