8 cups peeled and sliced cucumbers
1 cup sliced onions
1 cup sliced celery
(1 cup red or green bell peppers optional)

1 tablespoons salt
2 cups sugar
white vinegar
1 teaspoon of dried mustard seed
1 teaspoon celery seed cool(be sure vinegar solution is cool)

Directions:
Directions:
Cover with 1 tablespoons salt stir and let stand for 30 minutes. Drain off liquid. Dissolve 2 cups sugar in a cup of white vinegar with 1 teaspoon of dried mustard seed 1 teaspoon celery seed cool(be sure vinegar solution is cool). Pour over vegetables and put in sealed container and store in refrigerator. Keeps 1 to 2 months.
