3 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
340 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2" cubes
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 cup milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter (optional)
2 tbsp. bread crumbs (optional)

Directions:

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Cook macaroni in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt, drain well and set aside.
In a saucepan stir in cheeses, milk and pepper, cook on low heat until cheeses are completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring frequently. Spoon cooked macaroni into 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray, pour cheese mixture over noodles and stir until well blended.
If using, melt the remaining butter, add the bread crumbs and sprinkle over noodle mixture. Bake 25 min.
