1 cup sugar
1 cup Karo syrup
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
5 cups Special K cereal
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 ounces butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Put cereal in a large bowl. Set aside.
Over low heat, cook together the sugar and Karo syrup; just until the sugar melts.
Remove from heat, quickly add peanut butter and immediately stir mixture into the cereal.
Spread cereal mixture into a rectangular pan, pressing it a bit flat as you are spreading.
In a new saucepan, over low heat, melt together the chocolate and butterscotch chips.
Once chips are completely melted, spread over cereal. Refrigerate until cool.
Cut into squares.
