½ cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ Worcestershire sauce

½ cup blue cheese chunks

Salt and fresh ground black pepper

Mix sour cream and mayonnaise and mash half of the cheese in.

Add the rest of the ingredients and chunks of cheese. Let sit for an hour before using.
