Microwave Fudge Ingredients:
1 12 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate OR butterscotch OR peanut butter chips
1 can Eagle brand condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
Nuts, Marshmallows, additives (optional)

Road Road Ingredients:
1 12 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 14 ounce Eagle brand condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
2 cups dry roasted peanuts, unsalted
1 package miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave fudge:
Put waxed paper on pan - Tupperware pan, if possible.
In microwavable bowl, add chips and milk. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Blend together, adding optional nuts, marshmallows, etc.
Pour onto prepared pan. Refrigerate until hard, then bring to room temperature.

Road Road Candy: Make it two ways ~ on stove or in Microwave
On stove:
Line a 9 x 13 cookie sheet with waxed paper. In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, heat chips with butter and milk. Remove from heart. In a large mixing bowl, combine nuts and marshmallows; stir in chocolate mixture. Spread candy onto prepared pan. Chill 2 hours or until firms. Remove from pan, peal off waxed paper and cut into squares. Store loosely at room temperature.
In microwave:
Line a 9 x 13 cookie sheet with waxed paper. In a 1 quart measure, combine chips, butter and milk. Microwave on high for three minutes, stirring after 1 and minutes. Stir again, until smooth. Let stand 5 minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Spread on prepared pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Remove from pan, peal off waxed paper and cut into squares. Store loosely at room temperature.
