1 c. Blue crab meat
1 well-beaten egg
2 tbs. chopped celery
1/4 c. mayonnaise
chopped parsley (optional chopped nuts)
1/2 Loaf wheat bread

Directions:
Directions:
Trim edges of bread sliced and roll flatten slices. (spread with butter) Spread with mixed ingredients. roll up and secure. Slice into threes or fours
