gram-cracker crust
2 lbs. Ricotta (less 1 c. )
3 oz. cream cheese
1lb. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
8 egg yolks
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. anise
Directions:
Directions:
Beat ricotta, cream cheese, and sour cream, add sugar then add egg yolks beating one at at time slowly add flour and anise. Bake 350º F 35 min then 375º F until toothpick comes clean about 20 more min. Turn off oven and let stand til cool
