Ingredients:  
1 - 1 1/2 Tuna steak (mackeral, etc.)
2-3 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 Tbs Fresh Basil leaves, chopped (or 1 tsp dried Basil)
2 Tbs Red Wine Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in shallow dish, stir to combine. Add tuna. Cover & refrigerate 30 min. to several hours. Grill.
