1 1/4 c. plain flour
1 1/4 sticks margarine melted
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 1/2 c. cool whip
1 c. xxx sugar
2 boxes instant butter scotch pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and margarine together. Press into 9x10" pan. Bake 350 for 15 min. Chill thoroughly. Combine cream cheese, cool whit and xxx sugar. Blend in mixer. Spread over cooled crust. Chill mix instant pudding, milk and vanilla together and spread over 2nd layer. Chill and top with cool whip. Sprinkle with nuts. Cut into squares before serving
