5 oz. pkg zwieback Filling
1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. lemon rind
1 tsp. cinnamon 3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. melted butter 12 oz. creamed cottage cheese
3 eggs, separated
3/4 c. sugar blended with 1 tsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Press cheese trough med sieve into top of double boiler. Stir in well beaten egg yolks and sugar, cornstarch mixture. Cook over boiling water frequently stirring for about 15 min. Remove and cool slightly. then stir in lemon rind and juice. With beater, beat egg whites until stiff, fold in gently, but thoroughly into cheese mixture. Place in cooled crusht, cover loosely with waxed paper and chill for at least 2 hours.
Can be made with graham cracker crust
