1 1/2 c. Pillsbury's best unbleached flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. Pillsbury flour
4 c. sliced fresh or 2 (1 lbs 13 oz) cans drained sliced peaches
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. Butter or margarine softened

Combine 1 1/2 c. flour, 2 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. Oil, 2 tbsp milk. to make a soft pastry dough press evenly in 9 inch pie pan. Then combine powdered sugar, 1/3 c. flour, 4 c. sliced peaches. Mix well spoon into unbaked crust. Cobine 3/4 c. flour, 1/2 brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/3 c. butter form a crumb mixture spoon over peaches.
Bake at 375ºF for 40-45 min until topping is golden brown.
