6 eggs separated
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. margarine
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
3 c. sifted cake flour
1 c. milk
2 c. grated fresh coconut or canned flaked coconut

Topping
Dust top with xxx sugar after baked

Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 F. grease 10" tube pan at high speed, beat together egg yolks, shortening and margarine until well blended. gradually add sugar until light and fluffy. Blend extracts. At low speed beat in flour 1/4 at at time alternating with milk, begin and end with flour. Add coconut beating bleeding well. Beat egg white until stiff-gently fold into batter and pour into pan. Bake 2 hours Cool in pan 15 min before serving
