Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 large head of lettuce
1 large head of cauliflower
1 medium purple onion
1 pkg of Hormel real bacon bits
2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese

Dressing:
2 cups of mayo
1/4 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large salad bowl, tear lettuce up into bowl using your hands.

2. Next layer is the head of cauliflower cup up into bite size pieces.

3. Chop the purple onion and layer it on to of the cauliflower.

4. Sprinkle the bacon pieces on top of the purple onion.

5. Mix the mayo, sugar and Parmesan cheese together and spread on to of the bacon. This part can be tricky and I find dropping a tablespoon at a time all around and then spreading it is the trick. Make sure that the dressing totally covers the salad and touches the sides, this seals the salad.

6. Sprinkle the cheese across the top of the sealed salad.

7. Place into the fridge overnight.

8. Stir well before serving.
