4 oz solid chocolate (baking chocolate or chips)
2 sticks unsalted butter
5 eggs
1tbsp vanilla
2 cups sugar
1 ˝ cups flour
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 355F

Melt together chocolate and butter over a double boiler gently
In seperate bowl, combine: sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla
(Mix together until the sugar dissolves into the eggs)
Cool the chocolate mixture slightly

Gently combine the chocolate mix with the egg mix (do not scramble the eggs)
Add the flour ˝ cup at a time until all the flour is incorporated

Place in a greased pan and back at 355F until a toothpick comes out clean
(About 30-40 minutes)

Notes:
-can use any flavor of chocolate (milk, dark, white, German, ect.)
- can add any flavor extract to change/enhance the flavor of the brownies {up to 2 ˝ tbsp or an equal amount of dry spice}
- can also add nuts, dried fruits chips, ect…
