1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, melted

12 oz. Cream Cheese, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan

Mix the graham crumbs and butter in a bowl. Dump them into the pan and press to create a crust. Refrigerate.
In a mixer, blend the softened cream cheese and sugar until fluffy (about 3 minutes) Fold in the Cool Whip and then spread it on the crust.

Arrange the bananas as a single layer on top of the cream cheese/Cool Whip mixture. Top the bananas with the strawberries and pineapple, distributing evenly.

Cover it all with Cool Whip.

Sprinkle artfully with the nuts, chocolate syrup, coconut, and cherries to your taste. Coconut is toasted by placing sweetened coconut on a baking sheet and placed in the oven for a few minutes until it begins to turn light brown on the edges. Watch it closely, as you don't want it to be too brown.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

This is another light summer picnic dessert that is always refreshing. It may also be a fun pick-me-up dessert in the dead of winter that will promise warmer temperatures.
