pound cake
jam
sherry
fruit
jello
bird's custard
whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Slice pound cake and spread with jam
put pieces together like sandwiches.
line bottom of dish
sprinkle cake with sherry if desired
cover with fruit either fruit of tinned
Raspberries/ tinned peaches/frozen cherries are ones that I like
cover with jello and allow to set ( I use a jell that blends with the jam and fruit I also use the juice from the canned fruit
as part of the liquid )
Cover with bird's custard (2 cups)
top with whipped cream
