1 loaf round rye bread
2 c. Colby Jack cheese, shredded
1 c. mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, minced
2 T. Parmesan cheese
1 c. onion, finely chopped
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled into pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Slice off top of bread. Hollow out middle of bread for bowl. Save bread to serve with dip.

Mix together the other ingredients. Fill in bread bowl and replace top of bread. Wrap in foil and bake at 350º for 40 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Serve hot.
