1 qt of crab meat
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp parsley

Sauce:
½ c butter
2 large TBSP flour
1 ½ c milk
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 c bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the crab meat, pepper, mustard, salt and parsley together and set aside. Mix in another bowl the sauce ingredients then place in a double broiler. Cook the sauce over hot water until thick. Pour the sauce over the crab mixture and place in baking tins. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Then place under the broiler section of the oven until the tops are barely browned.
