1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breast
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
3 cloves minced garlic
1 cup Marsala wine
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 bag egg noodles
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper and put in the crock pot. Top with mushrooms, garlic, and Marsala wine. Cook on low between 4 and 5 hours, until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove the chicken from the crock pot.

In a small bowl whisk together the cornstarch and milk. Pour the mixture into the crock pot and stir. Return the chicken into the mixture, cover, and heat on high for about 20 minutes, until the sauce thickens. While it finishes up, cook your egg noodles as directed. Serve the chicken over the egg noodles and sprinkle the parsley on top. Beautiful and yummy!
