Chicken (I use Rotisserie Chicken)
Celery
Onion
Butter
8 oz diced green olives (Optional)
Garlic
salt/pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. chicken stock
8 oz. cubed velvet
grated Cheddar cheese
1 pkg of Thin Spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter. Add 8 oz. diced green olives, garlic, & salt/pepper.
Add soups, chicken stock and velveeta. Stir in chicken.

Add cooked pasta. Stir together. Put in casserole dish that's been sprayed with Pam. Cover with cheddar cheese. Bake @ 350. Usually takes about 30-45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
