4 cans whole tomatoes (crushed)
4 small cans tomato juice
12-14 washed, fresh basil leaves
1 cup heavy cream
1 stick butter
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatoes & juice in saucepan. Simmer 20 minutes. Puree, adding basil leaves install bunches in blender. Return to saucepan and add cream & butter while stirring over low heat.
(Tastes better the next day.)
