Ground pork or 1/2 ground beef
salt & pepper
soy sauce
green onion
chinese parsley

wonton skins

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat thoroughly. Drain and add salt, pepper, soy sauce, green onion and parsley.

Place a small amount onto wonton shin and fold. Heat oil and drop into hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
Serve warm with sauce of soy sachem water & dry mustard.
