Ingredients:  
Broccoli, cut into small pieces
1 1/2 cups grated cheese or cheese chunks
Small red onion, diced
12 slices bacon, cooked til very crisp and crumbled
Dressing:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine broccoli, cheese, onion and bacon.
2. Combine sauce ingredients in a jar and shake.
3. 10 minutes before serving, combine sauce with salad.

A long time favourite in the family. Somewhat rich with the cheese and bacon.
