Meatballs:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef, 2/3 cup cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup minced onion
1 egg, 1 1/2 t salt, 1/4 t ginger, 1/4 cup milk - 1 T oil

Sauce:
2 T cornstarch, 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 can pineapple tidbits, reserve syrup, 1/3 cup vinegar, 1 T soy sauce
1/3 cup chopped green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix thoroughly beef, crumbs, onion, egg, salt, ginger, milk.
2 Shape by rounded tablespoons and brown in oil. Or place on cookie sheet and bake.
3. Mix cornstarch and sugar. Stir in pineapple syrup, vinegar, soy sauce until smooth.
4. Pour into skillet and cook stirring constantly until thickens and boils.
5. Boil 1 minute. Add meatballs, pineapple and peppers, heat through.
6. Serve with fluffy brown rice, and a green salad
7. A consistent children's favourite!!
