Dry Mix:
1 T each ... garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, oregano, parsley
2 T salt
1 t pepper
1 t basil
1/4 t thyme
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2/3 cup oil
2 T water
squirt of lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add all dry ingredients in a jar and shake.
2. To make the salad dressing:
Add 2 T dry mix to the vinegar, oil and water. Shake well.
3. To make the marinade:
Combine 2 T dry mix with some oil and a squirt of lemon juice.
Use with chicken or pork.

Another favourite Jolene salad dressing is: balsamic vinegar and maple syrup mixed together. Use whatever proportions you like.
Very fast and goes well with any lettuce salad.
