6 cups Rice Chex
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
1. Microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter, in a medium bowl for one minute (high), then stir
2. Put bowl back into the microwave or 30 seconds, then add vanilla extract
3. Pour cereal into a large bowl, then add the chocolate & peanut butter mixture and gently stir until evenly coated
4. Pour the covered cereal into a large ziplock bag
5. Add the powdered sugar and seal the bag and shake until well coated
6. Spread on Parchment or Wax paper
7. Let it sit until coo land chocolate is set
