Ingredients:  
4 cups cooked, shredded or cubed chicken
2 large eggs, beaten
1 broccoli cut into florets, lightly steamed
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar sliced mushrooms or equivalent fresh sliced
3/4 cup chopped yellow onion
salt and pepper to taste
About 15 round buttery crackers (ritz), crushed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except the crackers.
3. Place in a buttered 13x9 baking dish.
4. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with crushed crackers evenly.
6. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until top is golden brown.
