Ingredients:  
cup cooked rice
2 beaten eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
⅓ cup sugar (or a little more)
2 cups milk
cup raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 1 quart casserole dish. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes until knife comes out clean. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
