4 eggs
dash of salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cup Sugar
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 gal milk

rock salt
ice cream freezer

Directions:
Directions:
Beat with mixer eggs, a dash of salt, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 2 cup sugar, one can Eagle Brand milk and one can evaporated milk. Pour into ice cream freezer add regular milk to fill within 1 inch from the top of container. Put lid on top of freezer add ice halfway up and pour 1 cup rock salt to build to two thirds full. Top off with ice add 2 cups rock salt a little water and plug in freezer. Turn till frozen and serve.
