3 T. butter or margarine
1 tsp. paprika
tsp salt
tsp crushed rosemary leaves
2 tsp. soy sauce
8 chicken thighs or legs
1 can (3 oz) sliced mushrooms drained and liquid reserved
1 package (10 oz.) frozen green peas
Hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in 2-quart casserole in oven. Add next 4 ingredients and mix with butter. Roll chicken thighs in butter mixture and arrange, skin side up, in casserole. Sprinkle with mushrooms. Add enough water to mushroom liquid to measure cup. Pour over chicken, cover with lid or foil and bake 50 minutes. Uncover, add peas and bake 10 minutes longer, or until chicken is done. serve with rice.
