2 Strips thick-cut Applewood smoked bacon
1 cup Bourbon

Directions:
Directions:
1. In medium skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat until no longer raw, but not too crisp.
2. Place bourbon into jar with tight-fitting lid; add bacon strips.
3. Cover and chill 2 to 4 days, shaking occasionally.
4. Strain through coffee filter into small bowl; discard bacon and fat solids.
5. Pour into clean jar with tight-fitting lid.

Chill up to 1 week.

Makes 1 cup
