3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch dry mustard

1 bunch spinach
1/2 lb. cooked bacon bits
sliced purple onion
1/4lb. fresh mushrooms
2 hard boiled eggs
croutons
Avocado, optional
