Sauce:
˝ gal. Vinegar
1 bottle Seasoning Salt (Spice Classic®)
1 bottle Garlic Salt (Spice Classic®)
1 bottle Red Hot Sauce®
˝ c Vegetable Oil


Chicken Quarters seasoned with Seasoning Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in a gallon jug sauce ingredients.
Mix well before using.
Stab Chicken Quarters with fork and sprinkle with sauce.
Place Chicken on hot grill.
flip and sprinkle with sauce every 10 to 15 minutes.
Takes about 1 - 2 hours.
Sauce will stay good for about 4 weeks.
