2 slices of thick ham about ⅛ of an inch. The ham slices must be slightly larger than the cheese
1 slice of cheese
1 egg
Olive oil
Bread crumbs
Frying pan

Place the slice of cheese between the 2 slices of ham
Beat the egg in a bowl
Pour bread crumbs on a plate
Soak the ham and cheese sliced in the egg
Completely cover the slices in the crumbs
Ensure the slices are well covers on the edges
Cover the bottom of the frying pan in oil
Set the flame to high to heat up the oil
Fry the San Jacobos and lower flame as needed
Fry until golden brown
