4 boneless chicken breasts
1 24 ounce can mild enchilada sauce
cup sour cream
2 4 ounce cans chopped green chilies
⅓ cup chopped green onions
salt and pepper to taste
flour tortillas
one large bag of shredded cheese (I use is the Mexican mix cheese)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until done. Shred with fork. In a bowl and mix sour cream, chilies, onions, salt and pepper and half cheese.. Pour half the enchilada sauce in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Line the plan with flour tortillas. Pour chicken mixture over the top add the remainder of the enchilada sauce. And top with the remaining cheese. Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
