Dad's Meatloaf Recipe

2 pounds ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
⅓ cup green bell pepper chopped
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 beaten egg
4 saltine crackers crushed
salt and pepper to taste

1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon mustard

Mix ingredients together, working with hands until thoroughly combined. Shape into loaf and bake at 350 for one hour. Drain off grease.

For Sauce, mix ingredients together cover meatloaf with sauce and return to oven for 15 minutes.
