1 small head of cabbage
pound ground beef
pound sausage
salt pepper and garlic to taste
1 small onion diced
a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
⅓ cup uncooked rice
1 can of sauerkraut drained
1 8 ounce can of tomato sauce
1 cups of water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cut up cabbage and put in a 13 x 15 pan. Brown beef and sausage with onion salt pepper and garlic. Then drain and put on cabbage. Then add remaining ingredients. Cook one hour and 10 minutes covered then cook 10 minutes uncovered.
