1 2 Pound Bag of Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
1/2 Cup Butter, melted
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Can of Cream of Chicken or Cream of Celery Soup
2 Cups of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp. Salt
Dash of Pepper


For the Topping your options include:

1 Cup of crushed Corn Flakes Cereal OR
1 Can of French Fried Onions OR
1 Cup of Crushed Potato Chips

Directions:

In a large bowl:

Mix all the ingredients together except your choice of topping.

Pour the mixture into a buttered or sprayed casserole dish.

Put your topping selection on top, distributing evenly.

Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
