4 c. oatmeal
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. sunflower seeds
c. coconut (unsweetened)
c. sesame seeds
c. oil
c. honey
tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Heat oil, honey and vanilla. Pour over dry ingredients & toss. Toast in 250 or 300 oven til golden.
About 1 hours. Add some raisins just before eating. Good on ice cream or yogurt.
