Put the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

This martini was discovered at Epcot Center during a Food and Wine festtival. It is super-sweet, so beware. Having said that, it was served at the Chefs de France restaurant (Michelin-starred) and was absolutely delicious.
