Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Celery (3-5 stalks)
Chopped onion (1 bunch of green)
Chicken-1 pound (2 breasts)
Italian sausage (1 pound)
Imitation crab-1 package
Shrimp
Cayenne pepper (to taste)
2 spoonful of crushed garlic
1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain Wild Rice
Italian Seasoning (I like to use a fair amount)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
-Cook celery, onion, chicken, first
-I cook sausage (bulk) in separate pan to speed up the process
-Add shrimp, crab meat, sausage, to chicken, celery, and onion
-Mix altogether in pot/pan and simmer on low while cooking rice
-Add altogether and chow down
