3 T. olive oil
1 onion, quartered then halved
3 garlic cloves, minced
29 oz. can tomato sauce
14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes and liquid
1/2-1 box frozen spinach, defrosted and drained well
2 1/2-3 c. water
3 c. beef or vegetable broth
1 T. dried parsley
1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. salt
15 oz. can cannellini beans
15 oz. can kidney beans
1/3 c. parmesean cheese
1 lb. ditalini pasta

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook onion in olive oil until translucent. Stir in garlic and cook until tender. Reduce heat and stir in tomato sauce, tomatoes, water, broth, parsley, basil,oregano, salt, beans and parmesan cheese. Simmer 1 hour
2. Add spinach a few mintues before serving.
3. Prepare pasta according to directions.

Serve soup over pasta and with a warn loaf of French bread.
