¾ pound ground beef
¼ pound ground chicken or chicken sausage
½ grated onion
1 egg
¼ cup A2 milk
1 tablespoon GF flour
2 Tablespoons GF bread crumbs
Dash pepper
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat and bread crumbs, add egg, onion, pepper and flour.
Add milk, a little at a time. Mix thoroughly.
Let stand for 3 hours.
Before baking, put in salt.
Drop from large tablespoon onto baking sheet. Turn after 10 minutes.
Continue baking until browned. Remove them to a warm dish and make a gravy.
Pour the gravy over the meat balls and serve.

Brown in oil.
Drop from large tablespoon into frying pan turning so they get brown all over.

GRAVY
1 ½ cup beef broth, ¼ cup A2 milk and 2 Tablespoons GF flour; stir until thickened
