3 eggs
1 16 oz. can pumpkin
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
2 1/2 cups flour
2 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup boiled raisins
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Beat eggs, pumpkin, oil and water together. Sift dry ingredients together; add to pumpkin mixture. Fold in raisins and nuts. Bake at 350º for 1 hour 15 minutes.
