1 cup celery sliced thin
¼ cup butter
¼ cup. ground oat flour
2 cups. A2 milk
8 ounces. whole kernel corn Organic
2 teaspoons. prepared mustard
1 cup cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery in butter in medium sized saucepan.
Blend in oat flour.
Gradually add milk; continue cooking over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Reduce heat; add corn and mustard.
Continue cooking over low heat about 5 minutes
Remove from heat; add cheese, mixing until well blended.

Makes about 4 1 cup servings.

Can add sausage or Hebrew hot dogs

For a crowd:
4 cups celery
1 cup butter
1 cup oat flour
8 cups A2 milk
32 ounces corn organic
4 teaspoons mustard
4 cups shredded cheese

Cook as above.
